Is Rosie available in Australia?
Yes. Rosie knows Australia's employment rules for breaks, leave and young workers, and prices in AUD. It runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to install.
How much does Rosie cost in AUD?
The Roster plan is A$39 a month (AUD) and includes 25 staff, with Rosie writing the roster for you. Team is A$39 plus A$3 for each staff member a month, and adds the staff app, timesheets, leave and shift swaps. Business is A$39 plus A$5 for each staff member, and adds a clock-in tablet at the venue, your own break rules and break sign-off at clock-out, different rules for each venue, and unlimited venues. Prices include GST.
Can Rosie handle Australian employment rules?
Yes. Rosie knows the break, rest and young-worker rules for Australia, and on every plan you can set your own maximum hours and minimum rest between shifts. On Team and up you can also set rules for each employment type and weekend and public holiday pay rates, and use award presets. Business adds different rules for each venue and your own break rules. Rosie checks the roster against them before you send it out.
How does Rosie write the roster?
You tell it how many people you need on each shift, and who can work which roles and when. Rosie then works out who can work each shift, keeping to your rules and sharing the hours fairly. You check the result, drag anything you want to change, and send it out.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan has its own 30-day free trial, with no card needed. You get everything on the plan you pick, and can change plans during the trial. That's long enough to run two full fortnightly pay cycles before you decide.
Can my team see the roster on their phones?
Yes, on the Team plan and up. Staff get the Rosie app, where they see their shifts, ask for time off, swap shifts and clock in and out. On the Roster plan, staff don't get the app, so you print or export the roster for them.
Does Rosie integrate with Xero?
Yes. Xero payroll sync is included from the Team plan up, so approved timesheets go straight through to your pay run. You can also export a payroll-ready file for MYOB, Smartly, PayHero and iPayroll.
